Getting Ready For Spring

I hope everyone had a Wonderful Christmas and New Year! We spent lots of time with family and friends just chilling, playing games, eating and drinking too much...and it was AMAZING!! Everyone has all gone home and it is now time to start my garden seeds for the Spring. I have started all my peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, and okra. All other seeds will be planted directly into the garden as soon as the weather warms up a bit...Probably early/mid March. What's left in the garden now is broccoli, kale, arugula, lettuce, collards, Swiss chard, carrots, radishes, bok choy, cabbage, onions and all the fresh herbs. This hot/cold weather is doing a number on all the winter vegetables. They like the cold weather to really thrive and have been struggling. Hey, what can you do? Mother nature is a fickle creature. Anyway, can't wait to get back open this Saturday (10th).

Hope to see you!

Susan
